We don't charge for our platform and you can set up as many work records as you like.
We carry out verification when you order your first Certificate. The standard charge for that first order covers your verification cost. As a verified user you therefore pay nothing to be verified.
We don’t rely solely on technology to verify our members. In addition to digital documentation checks, we carry out individual follow ups with trade contacts, web searches and direct contact.
We believe our extended process helps ensure that only authorised accounts can Certify your work. In the very unlikely event that you or your company do not meet our required security clearance standards, we offer a Statement of Provenance service at no extra cost.

Highly secure, holographically labelled, fully archival documents, packaged in proprietary anti-crease envelopes, with free UK delivery. You can also set up individualised covering letters for inclusion with your Certificates, carrying your branding, at no extra charge.
We carry out individual quality assurance including verification and content checks, free branding with your logo if required and collector personalisation, plus full after-sales support for registrations and artwork transfers.
Every Certificate order is individually monitored. Although it remains your responsibility to provide correct information, we do our best to catch postcode errors, edition mismatches, aspect ratio errors and other common and very understandable mistakes.
Deliveries outside the UK are charged at cost. Production and dispatch within 3 to 5 working days.

Tags for 200gsm+ paper or card, mounted works and frames. Solutions for other substrates available on request.
Packing and postage (via tracked, signed-for service in the UK) is included for orders of 5+ tags or charged at cost for smaller orders. Overseas deliveries are via DHL and charged at cost.
