UK Mainland Shipping

Standard Shipping- Royal Mail Tracked24*

Standard delivery and shipping is via Royal Mail Tracked 24*.

Our processing time for your order is usually 2-3 working days. Royal Mail delivery aim is 2-3 working days, therefore you should expect your order to take 4-6 working days.

Deliveries can take longer to arrive during busy periods, please bear this in mind and if you require a faster delivery, please let us know at hello@tagsmart.com.

Free Shipping – Orders Over £250

We offer FREE standard delivery on UK Mainland orders over £250 (offer applies when order value net of discounts and promotions equals £200 or more).

These orders will be sent via our standard method Royal Mail Tracked24* with SMS and or email confirmation and tracking details.

Deliveries can take longer to arrive during busy periods. Orders with a value of over £100 may require a signature on delivery.

Non UK Mainland and International Shipping

European Deliveries

European delivery starts at £12.95 and using a Royal Mail International Tracked Service or DHL.

Rest of The World

International delivery outside of the EU starts at £12.95 and using a Royal Mail International Tracked Service or DHL.

Order Processing time

We aim to process orders in 2-3 day. Our normal turn around time is fairly fast!

Orders placed after 2pm on weekdays, or weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Tracked service or express delivery services include tracking information sent from Royal Mail by SMS or email. Please check your spam folder.

Should you need your delivery urgently, please email hello@tagsmart.com  and we will do our best to accommodate.

Each Certificate is hand processed and hand packaged and sent via Royal Mail as our preferred service but we will occasionally may need to use other postal companies.

Packaging and Plastic Free

Presentation is fundamentally important for us and includes delivery and shipping and we want you to be delighted when you receive your order.

We are very conscious of our plastics usage and we always aim to use recycled or recyclable materials as we can.

Queries and Returns

We hope you are delighted with your order and we do aim to provide an “old-fashioned” and “personal” level of customer service. However if you are not happy with your order please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@tagsmart.com .

Should your order not arrive as a result of an issue not within your control you may be eligible for a refund or for your order to be sent out again. We can’t be held responsible for mistakes made when you input the information or delivery address but we do try and catch as many of these as possible.
