If a Certificate is lost, stolen or damaged, the registered holder can apply for a replacement. The original will be revoked by Tagsmart.
Price: £6.50
Replacing an undelivered Certificate is free of charge.

You can apply for a re-issue of an existing Certificate, e.g. changing the personalisation on the Certificate (the original will be revoked).

We want the true story of every work to be faithfully recorded. We check every Certificate, give free advice to artists on secure cataloguing technologies, and work with other registrars and blockchains to ensure data integrity.

However powerful digital technologies may be, much of our work remains necessarily rooted in the physical world. We work with our members and UK conservators, scientists and provenance experts to continually improve our products and service.
