The QR code on your sample has brought you here: with a full Certificate, scanning the code will take you to the artwork provenance record (if published by the artist/gallery). You can see a typical record below or by clicking here.

Once the provenance record exists in your account, and the Certificate for that record has been issued, you can scan the QR code on your physical Certificate to view the record online, as illustrated in the picture.
